Consumer Rights Return:

Returns will only be accepted if the car develops a mechanical fault. As we make sure that we present the car in the best possible condition, returns on the basis of cosmetic or electrical issues will not be accepted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the vehicle to the seller without causing further damage.

Upon vehicle return or collection, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when delivered. If there is any damage, modification, or alteration, the vehicle may not be accepted for return.

If you have a valid reason to return the vehicle under your consumer rights, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days. Where a partial refund is applicable under the “final right to reject”, a reasonable deduction may be made to reflect the use of the vehicle. In line with HMRC guidance, this is typically no more than 30p–45p per mile. No deductions will be made when a full refund is due under the “short-term right to reject”.

Once you notify us of a valid fault under your consumer rights, the contract will be considered cancelled. You must stop using the vehicle but remain responsible for ensuring it is taxed and insured until it is returned or collected within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery and admin charges are non-refundable.

If a monthly price is shown, this is only for the price of the vehicle and does not include the seller’s admin fee. Some finance lenders may be able to include this fee in your finance quote. Please contact the seller or the lender to find out more.

Any warranty-related repair expenses carried out elsewhere will not be covered by the seller.
